One day online I randomly stumbled upon a darkly humorous and bizarrely illustrated vintage children’s chapbook. The quirky sketch art immediately caught my eye and sparked my imagination. I modified them, created my own versions, threw in some funny captions and voila! Sad Snacks was born.
After a few months, I learned I really enjoyed creating these designs. This newfound love for designing/crafting led me to explore jewelry making, and soon I was gifting my friends with little “snack packs” of wearable treats along with my digital stickers. It felt like a natural progression to curate these delightful and quirky gifts for others.
