However, some products such as customized jewelry and digital downloads are non-refundable due to their unique and made-to-order nature. If there is a problem with your order — something broken, flawed, or the wrong item shipped — please review our shipping policy and e-mail the chief snacker at contact [@} sadsnacks.com, and we’ll try to fix the issue ASAP.
Custom Jewelry
All jewelry is made by hand. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on any handmade or customized made -to-order jewelry purchases. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can determine if a solution is possible. Many items are unique and do not always have a replacement.
Digital Downloads
Digital files such as digital stickers, posters, cards, eBooks, PDF patterns, digital photos, etc. are delivered electronically and therefore cannot be returned. Please verify that your email is correct, files are accessible and intact before contacting us about any issues. Downloaded files cannot be returned for a refund.
We strive to describe each product accurately on our website. Slight differences in appearance are normal and part of the handmade process. We do not refund for slight variances.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 business days within the United States, but it could be longer, depending on your location and season.
Note: Your order may be delayed if there is a problem with your address, payment method, or order. If you need your order quickly, it is especially important to provide an accurate way to contact you.
Shipping estimates are counted in business days, Monday through Friday.
